“WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS” Defensive Conceal Carry Pistol Skills Class
Celebrate your Independence from the Tyranny of fear by signing up for this exciting, confidence building pistol shooting course. This special class is only $125 including range fees! It is limited to only 4 seats. It happens on Saturday July 26th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in Llano. This is NOT a LTC or license to carry class. This class explores the legal, ethical, physical and tactical shooting strategies that surround carrying a handgun concealed on your person in public. Topics include: Selecting the correct pistol/ammo for self-defense/training; Carry modes and concealment techniques; Proper mindset, de-escalation strategies, threat mitigation, response and aftermath of self-defense situations; Basic defensive pistol skills; One hand/weak hand shooting; drawing from concealment; moving and shooting; cover vs concealment and “Defensive Accuracy”.
By the end of this course, you will possess the knowledge and skills to confidently carry your handgun anywhere you legally can in Texas. You will have demonstrated your skills in demanding shooting drills that you should continue to practice on your own.

Place: Jacket Football Stadium
Time: 8:00am- 10:15am

Camp Information:
The camp will focus on teaching players Jacket offensive and defensive schemes
A t-shirt will given to each player at the conclusion of camp
Parents are welcome to attend the camp
Players will be put through football drills that will improve skills and teach football techniques
Players need to wear cleats, shorts, and athletic T-shirt for optimal performance

The only real rule is ONE card per player. We also invite everyone to sing along if you know the words - we're here for a good time!!

Llano Heritage Day Oct 17-18-19 2025
Celebrate Llano’s history as we present Llano Heritage Days for the Texas Hill Country. Llano Heritage Days is a family friendly event hosted by the Llano Historical Society of the Llano Historical Museum where the Llano community and visitors from near and far come to see and experience living history in historic downtown Llano! This year it will be a three-day event with the potential to bring 700-1000 people to town.
The Society is planning a Chuck Wagon meal and entertainment on Friday evening, an all-day festival on Saturday and on Sunday, a living history tour of the Llano Cemetery with re-enactors at specific gravesites of Llano pioneers. If you or your group or orginzation want to be one of the entertainer, please fill out the application below.
Llano Heritage Days provides a special opportunity for the Llano area businesses, organizations, and individuals to partner with the Llano County Historical Museum to bring free and accessible entertainment and activities for all ages.
We hope you will consider partnering with us to make Llano Heritage Days the best event in the Texas Hill Country. We offer several sponsorship opportunities and hope that you will consider one listed in the enclosed information.

Sundown Birthday Weekend
Come out and help us celebrate one year of Hill Country Honky Tonkin’. On July 18, 2024 we opened our doors and since then we’ve made some many friends. We are so thankful that the country music and dancing loving people of Llano County and all the surrounding areas have embraced us.
Friday night we are bringing back the guy that helped us start it all, Gus Clark. Gus will always have a special place in our hearts and on our stage.
Saturday night we have the wonderful Mose Wilson coming all the way from Nashville, Tennessee. Mose is an original honky tonker, songwriter, and guitar man.
Sunday we have a double bill with Red McAdam and Ramona and the Holy Smokes AND Chicken Shh! Bingo!
